What is your return policy?
ArtbytheArtist.com offers a thirty day money back guarantee on all artwork sold. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within thirty days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the price of the art and pay for the return shipping. You must use the original packaging for return shipping. At this time, there are no returns on orders shipped outside of the United States.
How do I return a piece of artwork?
Our return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original container and contact us at customerservice@ArtbytheArtist.com. We will then issue you a prepaid shipping label. Items must be shipped within seven days of receiving the order. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded.
Joal Curtis was born and raised in Bountiful Utah and introduced to art at a young age by his Uncle, actor Keene Curtis. Joal now lives in Boise Idaho which is rich in beautiful scenery and has a strong art community. Joal began painting with the help from artist Seth Winegar a personal friend and quickly developed a passion for art. Joal has also studied with Venture Coy and has familiarized himself with the techniques of Richard Schmid, Scott Burdick, Quang Ho, Laura Robb, and Michael Workman to name a few. When describing his style he states, "I'm always looking for contrasts, I think that's what pulls me into a painting. I also love it when the energy of life is captured on the canvas.
